To get the most from these sessions:

Please join the call using a computer or tablet, and ensure that your technology is working before you join the call.

On the call, one of our experts will log into your account, discuss your requirements and will configure with you whilst on the call.  You will have the opportunity to ask questions and to discuss any concerns that you may have.  Most customers leave the session fully set up and ready to go.
