Question:  Can I create Multiple Accounts in Rhino for different Businesses?
Yes, this is a very common requirement and it is good practice to set up a separate Rhino Account for each Business.   This enables you to have separate logos, terms and conditions, and expense types and a separate invoice numbering system.  It also makes it very easy for your accountant to identify which transactions belong to which business entity.  The good news is that if can easily move from one account to another provided each account has the same email address and password.

Question.  Can I log into my computer and my phone at the same time using the same licence?
YES: You can log into multiple devices at the same time using the same licence / username.   Rhino is a cloud based solution (which just means that we host your data on our servers).  Any changes you make on your computer  or phone is instantly updated live to the database and will be available on the other device.

Question.  How do I access other features in the App?

  • Log into Rhino and click on the Rhino Menu.
  • Select the YOUR FEATURES Menu at the top of the screen.
  • Select the feature that you wish to activate and follow the prompts to configure the feature.

Advanced: If you wish your employees to access specific feature, you need to:

  • Add the Employees as a USER via the SYSTEM SETTINGS and USER Menu
  • You can add different USER PROFILES to restrict access to specific features.
  • USERS are linked to a USER PROFILE to make it easy to manage access rights for your team.

Question.  How does the Rhino contract work?
Customers can sign up and start using the FREE EDITION of the Rhino App without having to enter their credit card details.  We do this so that customers can explore the App without any obligation.  The FREE EDITION provides customers with a one user licence and lets them enter 10 customers, 30 Invoices and 30 Expenses.

Customers can upgrade to a PAID versions to add additional capacity and additional users and they can cancel their contract without providing us with notice.
