Rhino Software Limited – AML Policy

Purpose & scope of the Policy

Rhino Software Limited provides record keeping software and services that help our customers to manage their businesses. This policy outlines the steps Rhino Software take to identify its customers and suppliers.

Supplier Verification

Rhino Software Limited has a policy of contracting with established well known technology suppliers to support the provision of its service. Rhino Software also uses a number of smaller suppliers, all of which are carefully selected. Detailed due diligence is carried out on each supplier together with contracts that govern the provision of those services to Rhino Software Limited.

Customer Verification

Customers must select a licence to use the software. All customers are required to provide their company name and a valid email address when they register a Rhino Account. The registration process sends an email to the email account that they provided, which they must respond to in order to complete the Account registration process. The email address that they provide is relied upon for other key processes within the App like resetting user account passwords. We also request but do not insist that they provide their address, website and telephone number.

All customers that use the Rhino App must agree to the terms and condition that govern the use of the App.

2. Restrictions

This service cannot be used in a way that is against the law. Customers are responsible for all activity under their account, including the activity of other users who have been added to their account by the customer.

Customers may not access the service if they are a direct competitor of Rhino Software Limited, except with Rhino Software Limited’s prior written consent. In addition, customers may not access the service for the purposes of monitoring its availability, performance or functionality, or for any other benchmarking or competitive purposes. Customers may not use the service in a way that harms Rhino Software Limited or our affiliates, resellers, distributors, service providers and/or suppliers.

9. Privacy

Rhino Software Limited does not sell, rent or lease our customer information to third parties. Rhino Software Limited considers use of the service, including the content of their data, to be private. Customers are responsible and liable for any activity by any person who uses the service. All users of the service are responsible for maintaining the security of their account. Customers agree to immediately to notify Rhino Software Limited of any unauthorised use of the service or any other breach of security known or suspected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rhino Software Limited reserves the right to monitor customer communications and may disclose information about customers if it is necessary to conform to legal requirements or respond to legal process. By subscribing to the service and unless customers expressly state in writing that they wish to withhold permission, customers hereby acknowledge, agree and authorize Rhino Software Limited to present them by name, logo, URL and description, as a user of the service.

12. Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated. Rhino Software Limited shall be entitled to terminate this agreement and the customer account at any time if customers fail to comply with any provision of this agreement.

Customers may also terminate this agreement and their account at any time via the License Screen within the Rhino App. No refund will be made for payments already made. Any payments that would have been due to Rhino Software Limited throughout the remaining term if such termination had not taken place shall immediately become payable in full to Rhino Software Limited.

Such termination of the service will result in the deactivation of their account and the deletion of the content in their account. Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered. Customers are solely responsible for properly terminating their account or renewing this agreement at the end of the term on Rhino Software Limited’s then prevailing payment terms and prices.

It is solely the customer’s responsibility to make a copy of their data by running and saving the Excel Report at the bottom of each list screen before they terminate their account.

Rhino Software Limited reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Rhino Software Limited, at its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate a customer account and refuse any and all current or future use of Rhino Software Limited service, for any reason at any time.

Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, all sections of this agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination, will survive termination, including, without limitation, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. Termination is not an exclusive remedy and Rhino Software Limited reserves all other available remedies in contract, tort, or negligence – by law or at equity.
